The code means your knock sensor is bad. You can safely ignore it as long as your engine doesn't have a supercharger. Or you can replace it. But it is a pain to get to. So some people relocate it to some where easy to get to. The knock sensor is under the intake manifold. You could take off the manifold to change it.
