Act ffxiv not working.

I have googled myself into exhaustion. Every fix i read about isn't working for me. On ACT it says its working. it says "log active". I go to plugins>FFXIV settings, under parse settings it's set to network and when i hit test connection it says successful, its connected and everything is hunky-dory. ACT not parsing damage. recently came back to the game, it's able to track my location but no damage is appearing. it's updated to the latest version, so is the ffxiv plugin and i tried reinstalling the plugin as well. then i tried reinstalling ACT, and that didn't work either. Note: only one of the FFXIV_CHR files will actually have a log folder. HTH.

If you haven't used ACT in a while you need to go into the FFXIV Plugin settings and check "Inject and use deucalion", or else ACT won't work if it's launched after the game. ACT tends to have issues after a major patch update. I know they had issues a few patches ago. Havent tested it out with the new patch, myself.

Go to your "Allow an app through windows firewall" option and click change settings. Look for something called DFA Assist and delete all mentions of it. Now click "Allow another app" and search for your ACT.exe. I had the same issue after using the auto install microapp for ACT and DFA Assist was causing major confusion with the firewall.
