Best lucky pants build.
So im trying a build with lucky pants but it seems bugged? Whenever i pullout an handcanons sometimes it doesnt give me the buff and when the timer after the buff ends i need to switch weapons and then switch back to get the buff again, and even then sometimes it doesnt give me it.
This build is all about single target damage. DS seriously. Dodge - invisibility - peek with bow - 1 tap with HC - disengage and reset angle. Lucky pants will work but DS takes the cake for this build, I prefer lucky pants if I use a bow on another class but with invisibility you really should be taking advantage of being off radar to engage rather than to disengage, your smoke can be used for that in a pinch.
Lucky pants with say malfeasance or a well rolled 180 can absolutely be GM worthy, especially if overload hand cannons rocks up again. I main Lucky Pants with Malfeasance and Stasis. For boss damage, the extra explosions from the slugs increase your burst DPS, and the 20 round mag let's you benefit from a full x10 Damage Boost for the bottom half. The only hand cannon that can out DPS Malfeasance is Crimson. It also benefits from a high mag size and x10 boost.
that revolver is the best legendary kinetic for sure, only other one to compete would be the ikelos .2 hand cannon from a while back, the roll I have with it is triple tap / vorpal but thats a energy weapon.
