Chrysler 300 remote start not working.

The factory remote start on my 2010 300C works about 90% of the time. That other 10%, instead of the lights flashing twice and it starting, they flash once and nothing happens and will not work for this cycle. I have to get in to start it. Anyone else? Issue? The only way around this is to manually unlock the door, set off the alarm and insert the key and start the vehicle. This of course resets the alarm.
