I am soo nervous because I took NCLEX RN today. I left the test center balling my eyes out, convinced that I failed. Tried PVT in the car with the good pop up (changed my credit card expiration date). Looking back now, I remembered some of my questions and got a great deal of them right.I had a average of 70 % in total. I would occasionally get 80s on my exams but I mostly stayed within the high 60s and 70s. I took the diagnostic assessment one week before the nclex and I got very high chances of passing. The answer is yes, people fail with 78 questions. People pass with 78 questions. The odds of you passing are greater than failing simply because somewhere around 85% of first-time test-takers pass, REGARDLESS of the number of questions they had.
