So the weight difference you're talking is maybe 5-10 lbs. Carli arms really are more about bling than function. They are notched to give 1/2" additional clearance at full steering lock. This is completely a non-issue with greater offset wheels and 37s.Clearing 37's on a level setup will depend on what exact tire and wheel spec you want to run along with a few other variables. At minimum you will want to run and adjustable track bar and be prepared to do some trimming to the front bumper braces and inner fender liners. Depending on wheels you may also rub on the radius arms at full steering lock.

Just an FYI I ordered Wicked Custom's 4" kit after reading that OP had no rubbing/trimming with 37x13.50 on 22x10 w/-24 offset. He may not have realized it, but the installer did some pretty serious trimming of the fender well.
