The Glock 19 can stand in for a MR920, and a 43/43x/48 is probably closer to the CR920P but without the compensator and lower capacity. Very different in size. One is a glock 19 size, the other a glock 43 size. Compact vs subcompact. Cr920p with the comp will still have a shorter slide length than the mr920.

The best mags for a gun built off of a glock are oem glock mags, no contest. Gen 4 and 5 mags are interchangeable. Imo avoid ETS, i dont have much good to say about them. Changing the plate on the rear of the slide to a gen 5 plate should do. The shadow system mr920 is based off of Gen 3 glocks so any Gen 3 components should work just fine.
