Warning, scammers! We booked a hotel stay on Vancouver Island with GoSplitty in September 2023. GoSplitty then cancelled the booking on the last day it was 100% refundable and kept the money. Customer Service is a scam. I canceled my motel reservation but was still charged on my credit card. After phone Customer service requesting refund plus sending them proof of an email cancelation from the motel, I was offer a refund of only $68.00 for a total charge of $466.00. I refused their scammed offer.
