Just download the skin then go into osu droid. Then it will say new skin imported. Then tap the osu button to play a game and go to the music selection. Then go into the gear buttun (or settings) and go to the paint brush. Then you will see a bar. Click that bar and you will see skin names. Select skin name and restart the app.
The only way is to export it into a .osk file from the settings and then drag and drop that file into the osu!lazer window at the moment. If it's an .osk file you can drag it into the osu! window directly. If it's a .zip or .rar you have to extract it into the Skins folder inside your osu! folder (C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\osu! is the default location)
If the zip file contains a folder for the skin, it's easier to drag the folder into your skin folder. Like sheela901 said, you can change the extension from .zip to .osk (because .osk are actually like a .zip), or you can open the .zi, extract it on a folder and then move the folder to "Skins". Copy the folder of each skin at the Skins folder inside osu!'s directory and move it somewhere (e.g. Desktop). 2. Choose whatever you like to use and put it in another folder to avoid some confusions. 3. If you're satisfied with the mixed skins, move it inside the Skins folder. 4. Open osu! 5. Change skin (you should know the folder name) Just go to the folder of osu! (there is an option to access it in settings), go to Skins folder and delete the folder of the skin you want to delete.
