Honestly, the service was so poor we didn't bother - we just left it. We started ordering more food than we needed just to get enough to eat and left what we couldn't eat which I know exacerbates the problem but we didn't know what else to do.

They put me in building 4, which is one of the furthest buildings from the beach. It turns out that all the rooms are ocean view. My view is of the entire pool area and further out is the ocean view.

Save. all Secrets Resorts and Excellence Resorts have porn channels.... but the TV's are set for the Home Channel with all the spa and whale noises. You have to look for these channels. normally near the end of the list.. Have only stayed at Atelier, but have stayed at other Secrets in the area.
