Leaf blower pull cord stuck.
I had this happen on my tiller last summer. Remove the spark plug cover the opening with a rag and pull the cord, if it moves fairly freely it should push out the offending fluids. Clean it up then put spark plug back in. Word to the wise itll smoke for a bit when you start it. Hope it helps.
