I rented a car last week from them and the experience was laughably bad. The wait times at the counter are awful, and they do not hold or honor reservations.

A van was already there to take us and others to the car rental location. Once at NU Car we waited in line for probably 20 minutes to get our car. Yes, the company tries to upsell you on toll packages and extra insurance but you don't have to get any of them.
