I take hamburger meat, chicken, steak, salad dressing, prepared breakfast foods, bacon. We usually stay 10 + nights so it helps with food budget and quick dinners as most of my stuff is already prepared and just needs cooking and/or reheating. I get everything as flat as I can in freezer bags and stack it in the freezer.

There are a few rules...no fishing in swimming zones, no fishing at Jumbie and Trunk, and a few spiecies that you can not keep like Nassau and Goliath grouper.We go to St John at least twice per year and stay in the Bordeaux Mtn or Coral Bay areas. Lots of breeze there to keep bugs off, but still a lot of mosquitoes and no-see ums. We took a spray this year called Sawyers Insect Repellant with 20% picaridin and had fewer bites. This will be our first trip to St. John and the USVI.We are staying at Gallow Point. Aside from driving around the island is there any practical need for a jeep while we are there?
