Put the wheel on zero, open the valve, put the lower lever down, then go stand on the 3ph lift arms. Mine does this all the time and standing on the lift arms solves the problem. This thing...Aug 10, 2018 · To temporarily adjust my deck I raise the deck all the way up, shut off the engine, and put a 4x4 block under the 4 corners of the deck ( the blocks are 1/2 inch longer than the hanging deck) This totally takes the pressure off of the knob assembly and the knob turns easily. ( always turn the knob clockwise). It works for me.
