Baldurs gate 3 dual wield feat.
There's a very brief explanation of how dual-wielding works, near the top. Basically, you can only dual-wield one-handed weapons that have the Light property. However, you can select the feat Dual Wielder when you level up, and it will lift that limitation, so you'll be able to wield e.g. battleaxes in each hand. <3.

You can dual wield finesse light weapons and dual wield hand crossbows which make them very good at melee and range while having very good AC. Dual Wield feat is more suited to strength martials who took Two Weapon Fighting style so they can have two heavier weapons like longswords.
