Yeah it has a weird issue which locks it at 20 fps. If you want to run it at 30 you would need to download a mod called static 30 fps from their discord channel. Just search there and it will show up. This mod works only on versiom 1.6.0 of the game. The issue was being caused by the newest version of the 60 fps patch, which is labeled "60fps_totk" in my mods folder. I had an older version from a few days ago called "60fps". Disabling the new one and using the old one, fixed this issue that was causing the game to significantly speed up along with your frame rate.
