As others said, different build weapons despite both causing bleed build up. I’ve run both. Moonveil is more powerful. Pole blade is more fun. Yes you should switch. Uhm Eleonora's Poleblade it's fantastic with an amazing (unique) ash of war, but if you want versatility then the Godskin Peeler. eleonora’s poleblade sucks. uchigatana and nagikaba are better bleed builds (with blood affinity and sepukku). godskin peeler is very situational, for example i only ever use it for the second phase of fire giant.

It also gets rly low on it's wind up animation and can be used to dodge high horizontal blows. Won't be as good as 2 curved swords with bleed, but it is still a solid weapon. It is stylish, ash of war can stance break well and works amazing on enemies you can flinch with each strike of the ash of war.
