So while 37s clear the control arms they don’t always clear the sway bar on 23s. It depends if your particular SD truck front axle is perfectly centered from factory.

They hit the leaf springs near full lock and very seldom hit the body. I think with an inch of body lift, and some deeper dish rims that 36/37s would fit fine.Look at your truck and see if you have atleast 1" of space around the tire, if so they will fit. 37s will only ad 1" to the radius of the tire. They should fit.
