Old thread - but in a lot of the Furrion AC units with this thermostat, the temperature sensor isn’t in the thermostat - it’s actually inside the return part of the unit in the ceiling. It’s a wire and probe a couple inches long. I ended up poking them down through the mesh cover so they get room temp and not inside the unit temp
