Glenfield 30a vs marlin 336.

Hi fellas, first post here. I’ve wanted a Marlin lever gun for quite some time now. Still don’t have it though. 😐 My LGS has a Glenfield 30A on the shelf. It’s a 1968 vintage. Metal is pretty good, but clearly been used. Most of the flathead screws are somewhat boogered up, not terrible, but not like new. By my research it was made in 1973 based on the serial number. There is still plenty of rifling left so it hasn't been used that much.
