Took me calling 10 plus times befor gettin through and not hung up on. Made a request to add someone and still haven’t heard back. Seems like they spend very little on customer support. They have been great as far as booking but not if you actually need something. Date of experience: 26 April 2024.

I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.Google lists the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay as a “deal” at $158 per night. Here’s the price breakdown when you click on the listing: GoSplitty is $158. Traveluro is $161. Booking.com is $188. Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay is $188.
