That is the wiring from the batteries to the ECM relay. Look in your battery box at the harness with the 3 fuses. After the filters were changed the bus still will not start. It will crank and crank, but not kick over. If the system is manually primed it will run for about 5 seconds, then chug and stall. All the fuel lines seem tight with no fuel leakage or diesel fuel smell.
