I disagree with the sentiment that the LBG special is lacking compared to the HBG specials. The mines well placed can net hundreds of damage many times in almost every fight while being on a far more mobile weapon. As for rapid being so LBG can compete DPS wise I would disagree with that too. I feel this was just a poor design choice.
