I can't give anyone the in-game items, but instead of that, the lot also includes a patch that was sent out at staff discretion.

Actual projects and one off tasks break into as small as possible steps. Then add each step to your to do list. Sometimes if you can't complete a whole task you still get the productivity boost of ticking one step. E.g. find paint, sand, first coat, second coat, screw parts together.
