Pi-hole should not "break" any of these services, at least not with the default adlist. The problems typically arise when users pile on blocklists. I run several of those streaming services (Paramount Plus, Peacock in particular) and they work fine. PiHole did not break my Roku, I have not seen any difference in what I use.
