(I have also tried the Philips and both sets of Magnavox codes.) Also, the code 0088 doesn't seem to work with the old and new TiVo peanut remotes I have. Entering the code doesn't give the three blinks like the other codes do. After performing a factory reset, you will be taken to the Remote Pairing screen. And you can aim the remote at a digital camera (phone should work), and see if the camera shows the IR LED lighting up when you press a button on the remote.

The only way to restore RF function was to reboot the Mini.
