I assume it will not be as effective as the $400 system that connects to the hot water, however, it will be much cheaper and easier to install (and not have to deal with headaches of bleeding coolant).

It is the cable controlled valve on top of the carb, next to the main throttle cable and slide. Removed 2 bleeder bolts, put in coolant until it came out of first bleeder, tightened bleeder. Started engine, when coolant came out of second bleeder tightened bleeder, filled radiator, installed cap. Coolant is now circulating.
