Here is how to fix had this issue and worked. Go to end of time and walk into the monolith and manually use the first teleport to any of the lvl 90 timelines then walk into the crystal and you should be able to see the cutscene and unlock the timelines. The normal timelines are only good for the t1 blessings and some nonspecific loot. But you barely find so much useful items. Now with empowered, the game starts making fun again, because the difficulty ramps up to be challenging and the rewards are getting good (better chances, better quest echo rewards, better boss loot, better bkessings). You can go the shortest way to these by going the right lane of the mono map. Corruption pushing (killing shades to increase timeline corruption) I dont recommend for regular timelines. You want to do empowered asap as the blessings there have much higher rolls.
