The military apartments are super easy to secure by blocking off the two stairwells on the first floor giving you 3 secure floors.

This is anecdotal but it seems like the gun-in-house ratio for March Ridge is much higher than other towns. I find a least a gun or ammo in 3/4 of the residential houses, even the townhomes. So much guns and ammo. Can’t forget about the grocery store, great variety of food and cooking things.
