Focus on building a farm. That can be hard and cost a lot at first, but will later get You infinite source of food and a lot of money. Also, don't hire too many villagers at once before You have a stable income, because the taxes will kill You. Focus on what You need the most.

As others have said - at this point, you have enough reputation. But make sure to look for quests that give you tech points that you might need, they usually give a decent amount that is really worth the time to finish the quest. Also, the rewards that you get from the resource fetch quests are worth more than the amount of resources you need ...

The Dynasty Reputation is quite a useless system overall. And the arbitrary ceiling to be able to hire villagers connected to it, makes even less sense. You get showered with points through the main quest. And if you have 200% building limit, you just hit a ceiling at some point for no reason.
