Miledown gives you a solid base to work from without overwhelming you with loads of cards like some of the other decks out there. I'd recommend MD for P/S but supplement with Uearth. When reviewing Uearth questions, make cards for things you don't know. Anking/Milesdown, 300pg doc, and Upooh is solid for a 132 in P/S.Yes. For missed questions or content gaps you don't realize, you can make your own cards. I would also look at the Anki decks errata as there are a few well-known errors in the deck that we see pop up in this sub every so often that have already been mentioned. Using a premed deck takes time, I suggest you instead download miledowns document and go through it over and over while making anki cards for the content in UWorld.
