That way you can see how your oil cooler is holding up etc. once you know how everything is doing then you'll know where to start. Also look in the 6.0 section at the stickies. Usually when raw oil is coming out the exhaust it means oil is not being burned in the combustion chamber and lead to oil leaking AFTER the combustion chamber i.e. turbo problems. Now if you are low on oil and its blue smoke then 99% its the injector o rings.Both the 6.0 and the 7.3 have a 7:1 intensifier piston that multiplies the pressure of the high pressure oil by 7 and transfers it to the low pressure fuel to create a maximum injection pressure of 21,000 psi for the 7.3 and 26,000 psi for the 6.0! There is some 1999 info, also. ...but not specifically wiring schematics. From what I have read, most people use the 1999 info for the 2001. There is a schrader valve on the fuel bowl that you can connect a fuel pressure tester. With you Superchips, scan for codes, and see if anything serious shows up. If the injection pressure is in the toilet, you'll most likely have a p1211 code.
