The PSLF tracker on MOHELA used to say 64 eligible payments, 1 needs certification, and 114 ineligible payments. I called MOHELA in August to ask why these payments were ineligible as I have made payments on my loans ... Yes it appears that Mohela reps are making appeasing statements so they can move on to the next person. If you call in/chat more than once in a day you will often get multiple answers. In September, I was "guaranteed" by a "PSLF Specialist" that my loans would be forgiven within 10-15 business days "at the most.".I see a lot of past posts with forgiveness timelines, but curious about the experience/ timelines for folks recently through Mohela. Now, today, the PSLF tracker and all balance info has disappeared and I have the happy face with "your loan is in good standing" message. I have zero communication from MOHELA, and no idea what's going on.Had already submitted an ECF to FedLoan in April. I resubmitted it to Mohela on July 1. My counts in Mohela are still 0. My counts in Fed Loan had been 121 on some loans and 110-ish on others. Mohela showed my ECF as “processed” on a few weeks ago, but I called and apparently that just means my employer has been approved.We would like to show you a description here but the site won't allow us.

Mohela is worthless. I have been a gov employee since 2008 switching from one agency to another without a break in service. Both agencies have signed my PSLF forms and I submitted to mohela back in March 2023.
