I dont think you understand, the Chevy cylinders are a significant improvement over all 2nd gen dodge rear drum setups. Could be wrong but Im fairly sure that the dually drum is the same width as SRW, but I do know that th cylinders between the two are the same. Philip. The wheels on our dually have a small stand off to help center the wheels to each other and to the hubs. After market rims normaly do not have the coins cut into them. If you check a wheel listing for our year trucks. They don't list them for that reason.
