F150 air conditioner not blowing.

My AC/Heater fan in my 2009 Ford F-150 crew cab pickup does not blow air when the fan speed is set to 1 or 2. It only blows air for 30 seconds when the fan speed is set to 3 or 4 then is slowly blows less and less until it stops. If I turn the power off and wait for a few minutes it will begin to blow again, but only for 30 sec on speeds 3 or 4.2. Bad Relay.
