I recently purchased a 2019 F250 (6.7) and had a leveling kit/37" tires installed …2006 f-250 6.8 v-10 w/ 3.73's and 35's vs stock 31's felt some loss in power, but still towed and drove fine. 4.30's would have been nice but not worth the change. just put 33.5 m/t on my wife's 2017 f150, 5.0 with 3.31's. definitely feel a power loss, and would have been ideal to have found a truck with 3.73's.

This story is part of a series called Craigslist Confession...I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.

Just an FYI I ordered Wicked Custom's 4" kit after reading that OP had no rubbing/trimming with 37x13.50 on 22x10 w/-24 offset. He may not have realized it, but the installer did some pretty serious trimming of the fender well. Notice in the pic that they removed the plastic guard, trimmed and rolled the metal back.

Diesel probably won't feel it. You still feel it with the 6.7L - the sheer added weight of the tire will affect any truck. 37’s side by side with 35’s are noticeably bigger. 37’s side by side an OEM tire are mammoth.

They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells. I run Falken wildpeak 37x12.5x18 and they are E rated and have a load rating of 3970lbs where the 37x12.5x17 is D rated and only 3525lbs.
