My Health Pays Rewards Program. I've been looking at health plans before the end of the year, and I'm considering Ambetter. They offer a My Health Pays rewards program where you earn money for completing certain activities. They claim you can earn up to $500 dollars, but in their list that breaks down the ways you can earn, it only adds up to $250.
