The handlebar, post, and handlebar controls between the two are identical. The difference being, the SP’s post is painted, the X’s retains the brushed aluminum look for that minimalist appearance.

Feb 7, 2019 · I would like to throw a couple springs in though, as this really helped my 900NA. It currently jumps to 7500rpm and creeps to 7600 after WOT for 20-30 seconds with the 1.6 ice cobra track on it. I was looking for some opinions on what primary and secondary spring combination choices are working well together. Thanks.

May 9, 2020 · Advise on changing 850 spark plugs needed. A friend asked me if I would service his 2019 850 with 7000 miles on it. He wanted it gone thru thoroughly. Getting it back into shape has be easy except for one thing. One item he requested was that the spark plugs be changed. As you may know they are buried deep in the engine compartment.

The bolts skidoo used are a POS and they have a tapered edge that will strip out the casing when you put them back in. Replace the case cover and refill via the breather opening. I come from a long run of arctic cats where I could put 5000 or 6000 miles on the motor and never think about taking the top end off. One of the unlucky ones who picked up my new sled early last year. Started it up this year and the first day out my shot stopped working. Took it to my dealer and found out I was out of warranty by a month. They said it was a sensor under the front of the motor that need to get replaced and a two hours of labor.The Turbo 130 has a bit more of a rumble at idle compared to the 900 N/A but once up to speed, say 15-20 mph, most all of the engine sound disappears and most of what I can hear is the track, even though I have a Silent Drive II. The Turbo 130 is fast. It slows down, but it keeps going. I've been looking at buying a new Skidoo and looking close at the motors. I'm really liking the specs on the 600 e-tec. Double the HP of the 600 ACE and it still gets 21 MPG vs the 600 ACE's rated 28 MPG. 600 Ace = 60 HP. 600 e-tec = 120 HP. 2015 Skidoo Renegade BC 600 Etec.
