It actually works very well without the wait it will clear then change to the placement cursor. There is a slight delay you need to wait for it to actually clear the mark before it will switch to the placement cursor. So if your in a rush and hit the macro then click the mouse it will clear and not place. 2. Warrior is the only tank whose invulne affects an enemy (it prevents them from moving). Because of this if the enemy dies while holmgang is active the effect just goes away and can result in you dying.
