The differences are mainly with the fitment numbers, which isn’t much of an issue. Shocks are the same regardless of the towing package. Pretty much any aftermarket rear shock will fix your issue. I have Fox 2.0's on mine and it drastically improved the ride. But many guys on here have seen similar improvements going with Eibach, Bilstein, etc...I would replace the springs and shocks as a pair. A set of Mopar 2" springs can be had for under $200. Disregarding getting into digressive (Icon) vs Progressive (or linear as some call) (Fox), kits in that range including Ford Performance will be more than enough and leagues better than stock. My 19 Platinum was FX4 and I hated the stock suspension, felt like a wallowing 90s Buick even on city or highway, forget dirt or rough roads lol
