Spreads are negligible for me, a swing trader, but they may eat into your profits significantly when you're dealing with such little moves. I don't know many brokers based on commissions though. Scalping with oanda, only if you have big account and was stated here leverage 1:50 it maximum that u can find at oanda.

Oanda's spreads are HUGE. Oanda is considered by many on r/forex to be the best broker. Apart from all the pros, its spreads are extremely high relative to other legitimate brokers.
