Petco app is down but I figured out the solution. I know it’s a pain when the app is down but just tell people to go to the petco website and sign in there to load their rewards. If you really don't want to pay more than $40, you should get a less expensive animal. I would say you should expect to pay around $100 for a quality dragon. Exactly, it just depends on the employee you get in line. Some are super chill, some have made me open every single pocket in my tiny wallet-purse to check inside.
