Need a short term storage solution and contacted the good folks at SmartStop. Very easy to get things set up over the phone. Even though we are a new customer and they don't know us, they had the foresight to let us know they would be out of town for a couple days so recommended coming over soon to set up the unit.Whatever you don't use this company for storage ever!!!!!There so many other storage places in this area that probably have better customer service then renee. And then to trying to find a manger to find a resolution for our situation with renee is a joke even there 1800 number you'd think would help did not.
