Subaru outback driver window reset.
Driverside power window fail. Has anyone had trouble with the auto-raise feature with power windows on their 2020 Outbacks? I've had a few problems lately where the window goes up and then drops back down to the 1/2 way position. Almost like it is programed that way. Happed most recently as I was getting in line at the car wash.

Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat. Done! look up a sensor reset. Pull the switch up 10 times, push it down 10 times, then pull up and hold for 10 seconds. Seems like there's not enough voltage going through the switch to the driver side window, The 18 V supply is 50% more than the design of the motor, so it's very likely that it would run a lot better. The motor could be "tired", and that is why it's slower when using just the 12 V from the driver ... Re initialize the Windows. From each window - use its door control to run the window down, then all the way up and hold the switch for an extra second or two. Then the drivers door controls will work for those windows. Anytime I disconnect the battery I just reset each window. badlydrawnboy.

The rear windows work from the driver's seat and the front passenger window works from the passenger seat but the driver's window and the passenger window do not work at all from the driver's seat. Jun 23, 2019 · Going back the garage, I turn the push-button start to ON (rather than ACC), and used the passenger side window button to run the window all the way up, all the way back down, and then up again. Now the window operated normally from both the passenger's side button and the driver's side button. Mission accomplished. I chalked it up to a fluke.
