Wanted to check out the 10.2 PTR with my rare free time tonight but all the servers are showing incompatible. Tonight was the first time I installed this particular PTR but I tried everything I could think of. I did a scan and repair, restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the PTR, nothing worked. That happens when small binary patches are pushed. They won’t kick you out of the game but you’ll need to update before you can log in again. You should just be able to restart your client to pick up the update.
