Trendy Restaurant in a sprawling restaurant neighborhood. A 4 person table is usually $400-$600 depending on how much they order or drink. I’ve also seen 4 tops go for $250 if they aren’t ordering as much. Usually ppa check average is $90-150 . You need a place that has high volume sales/guests+good location+ expensive menu items.I didn't make much as a food runner. Working 3-4 days a week I made about $400-$600 on my biweekly paycheck. Of course the amount you get paid will vary with mine. I worked in a upscale ish restaurant. I think food running is a growth step until you gain more confidence to serve.
