A few days ago, I had to do a fresh reinstall of FFXIV because it kept crashing every few minutes (which fixed the crashes). I noticed ACT stopped working after that, so I decided to do a fresh reinstall of ACT and Kagerou (and I followed the github setup guide to the T). Unfortunately, nothing seems to have fixed it.

The different bars are showing, the testmode is showing me right location, job etc etc, but it's not actually working. When I hit the dummy nothing happens, the plugin stays in "place holder" mode. The ACT parser is working fine, if that's any indication.

So maybe it is problem with the FFXIV_ACT_plugin and windows 11. Or maybe I'm just doing something wrong but I have installed a couple of times before and never had an issue. Go to your "Allow an app through windows firewall" option and click change settings. Look for something called DFA Assist and delete all mentions of it. Now click "Allow another app" and search for your ACT.exe. I had the same issue after using the auto install microapp for ACT and DFA Assist was causing major confusion with the firewall.
