Too often the loud and chaotic nature of traditional rescue facilities present these loyal, intelligent, and dedicated dogs in a negative light and they aren't given a chance to impress their future Forever Homes.
As a foster-based rescue organization, we rely on the dedication of our volunteer network and the generosity of our donors. All of our dogs live in foster homes where they are part of the family until they find their forever home. PNWCDR is a 501c3 non-profit and our EIN is 82-5180852. We are 100% volunteer-run.Although we associate adoption mainly with children, there are many good reasons why one adult may adopt another. There are also some fraudulent ones too.
