Fish for the last clue in the river in Sunlit Plateau. The last clue can be found by fishing in the Sunlit Plateau river. Keep fishing until you get the Old Fishing Rod item. Once you have it, investigate the item and it will show that Buzz, Goofy, and Scar are well acquainted as they went fishing in the past.
