I bought my Hyundai from Honda a year or two ago, used. The car has run perfect up until recently. Now it sputters when idle. The RPMs jump up and down and the car has a very noticeable stutter. I took a video here of the RPMs dropping while sitting still but you can't notice the stuttering because of the iPhones image stabilization I assume.Funny thing is, the CEL only illuminates if driving past 16MPH.
